Not a fight to get excited about on paper, but Mitchell looks a decent heavyweight, the American version of Haye imo, probably with more balls though.

Hes heavyweight in shape, almost looks too good to be a heavyweight!
Got good hand speed, good power and good feet for a heavy. Also loves to work the body alot.

Timur is past it, not that he was ever much good, but guy is 36yrs old, seeing weigh in he looks abit flaggy round stomach, and has not had a fight for over a the year.

He is here to make the next big American heavyweight star look good, and they will want the stoppage over a guy who has never been stopped before.

Seth stopped nearly all his opponents(even if not much) so far and imo even if he doesn't stop Timur the fight will be "stopped" to make it look good.

This is why the 5/2 - 9/4 on Mitchell winning by Seth Mitchell by KO TKO or Disqualification is ****ING HUGE

I don't share my knowledge often, but call this a free christmas present from Gary.:good

    BET:
Seth Mitchell by KO TKO or Disqualification 5/2

Mitchell won't achieve much in the grand scheme of things. He's nothing to get excited about if you ask me. The definition of average, which in todays Heavyweight division isn't much of a compliment.

You're probably right Gazza but I'd have more confidence putting a decent amount of money on if Mitchell wasn't so poor.

He looks average to me. He's well built, but so is Larry Olubamiwo. Once a world class fighter makes contact with you is when the answers are found. I'd put him in with Deontay Wilder, let the two prospects fight for the right to call themselves a contender.

Ive seen some Americans call him next Tyson, tbh ive seen alot of his fights and videos on Youtube the guy looks like Tyson but whether he has same heart is another thing.

But you guys are thinking long term, all that matters is this fight do you really expect Timur who is past his best to trouble him or even go 12 rounds with him. Look at weigh in pics, the bodywork Seth uses will stop this guy between 7-10 imo.

I like that bet better but I am naturally pretty conservative with stuff like this. I usually prefer a win at shorter odds over a method win at longer.

Im opposite, love doing that type of bet if the price is right and i think it can be won. All though you won't find even money for him now, hes 4/7 i think outright.

My best bet was Prescott stopping Khan at 10/1.:hey:hey

I don't like outright wins as so many robberies and dodgy cards

Zack Page clearly beat Mitchell on points only to be robbed so I think this is a massive step up for Seth. Timur is no mug and would likely be fighting a Klitschko if his SD loss to Mormeck had of went the other way. I suspect Mitchell takes this one on points wether he deserves it or not.

I backed MAB that day, got stitched up by them waiting for it to go past the round limit so not a no contest  then stopped it on the cut.:-(

    Technical decision. *******s.

You'd have lost your money anyway, Khan was going to do a number on MAB!;-)

Mitchell is shite, nothing like the 'US Haye'. He looks better than he is, he's pretty slow really and nothing special. Should beat Ibragimov though.

Yeah could not believe Ladbrooks had Timur as favourite. Mitchell out at 4/7 now. Maybe they confused him with Sultan....
