Probably Segura. Many thought Viloria was close to the end of his career, but he looked great. Alot of veterans having great victories and their careers reborn like Arce, Viloria, Salido, etc.
In terms of historical significance the Segura matchup but the solis fight was perhaps more monumental. Viloria/Segura kind of went under the radar because everyone thought Viloria was going to be fodder for Segura. The Viloria/solis fight wasn't and was much more highly publicized. Solis was building himself a filipino destroyer reputation and Viloria ended that. Even Filipinos dismissed Viloria but we end up getting a war with a shocking result. Viloria /Segura was a beatdown.

Viloria's performance in the fight was very great too. Viloria had been criticized as a lazy fighter, he never worked in most of his fights, he relied on his power too much and was always just waiting for an opportunity to counter. his losses were against boxers who had high workrate. But in the Solis fight, Viloria showed a new side of him. He pushed the fight and was always on the offensive.
