What? Im being serious Rakium, will i gain weight eventually or should I uptake the the protein with an extra egg. Plus im dying for a pizza but this guy was like dont eat anything bar tuna, eggs and porridge...i look all the online sources and they say its good food.
Easily one of the most ******ed posts I've seen on this forum. I hope this is a joke. The numbers don't even make sense and if it is true your arms would be nearly the same size as your leg. That's ****ing ridiculous right there.
I did think that but the no girl looks at legs plus the guy said you just use all your energy for arms
Of course you're feeling tired frequently and getting ill more often. Your diet is extremely limited and lacks the variety your body needs in nutrients and energy. The least you could do is add fruits and vegetables to your diet. Specially fruits since they're a great source of energy, antioxidants and nutrients.
This thread is beyond entertaining. I hope it never stops. Keep up this routine and eating habits. Your arms will be bigger than your legs in no time. That will look good. Saturday Night Live did a hilarious skit about 20 years ago called "how much ya bench." Reminds me of this.
That is one awesome workout program! Forget one year, go do that for the rest of your life. You won't regret it.
This guy said stay away from fruits as it add water retention but then said have 1 a day just incase...he recommended apple or banana....he said he use to be a bodybuilder so he know what he talking about?
Im gonna start with weighted situps, the guy told me to do 10 and no more, dont waste energy. He gave me a 1 year plan for a fee, and would check up every now and then...then said phase 2 will be implemted to give me big muscles or something. He seems pretty honest so its hard to not listen...wouldnt mind my legs being bigger but if im curling should be ok. Thing he said trust him and you will see through measurement, and to be fair ive gained an inch and half on my biceps in 8 months.
Looks like a good program to make yourself ill. At the end of this you may have bigger arms but you will also have a weedy body, pathetic functional strength including your bicep strength and be nutrient deficent, good program to waste a year destroying your quality of life.
