Yeah it was a robbery for the boxing fans who thought they were going to see a boxing match instead of 100m sprint.

I, like a lot of people give Khan credit and props for bringing the fight to DC, but his comments post fight, tells a lot about his character:tired

I had it 114 to 111 for Khan... Shocked Peterson got the decision. Khan 8-4.

Peterson landed some huge shots but Khan was just much more accurate and landed way more.

Khan did some major damage to Peterson... look at his face.

I am actually more of a Peterson fan but Khan is cleary the superior boxer. I expect him to win an easy decision in the rematch.

    My scorecard :

    Khan-Peterson
    10-8
    9-10
    9-10
    10-9 (close)
    10-9
    10-9
    8-10 (close)
    9-10
    10-9
    10-9
    9-10
    9-9

113-112 for Khan, but I was happy to see Peterson win. Khan ran too much and looked like an amateur in the last few rounds. The judges didn't like it and I don't blame them.

I have the same result as Lederman , with only two rounds (3 and 4) scored differently. I need to watch those rounds again to make my mind. No robbery, a close and great fight ! Khan probably did more than Peterson, but looked so amateur at times that it cost him rounds on my card and on most judges cards.

Edit : What a job by Barry Hunter (Peterson's trainer). Good tactical advices and a lot of motivation/authority. I'm a fan.

ARUM not allowing PAC to fight FLOYD is bad for boxing. Because its on the world stage, meaning it crosses over. No wonder why boxing fans are going to MMA. Khan won, but I wouldn't say this is the worst. If Arum won't let PAC fight the man we want to see him fight, let everyone get screwed. **** boxing.

Kahn clearly won, anyone who thinks otherwise needs to study the rules of boxing.

    - But Kahn also pretty much embarrassed himself in the process, for several reasons, so I don't care about his damaged career.

I DO, however, care about what is yet another black eye for the sport.

Agreed. Well said. Khan won even with the points taken away (and I wanted Peterson to win.) It's bad for boxing to keep having bull**** decisions.

He wasn't jobbed, but he was just another victim of hometown cooking. I know that if this happened anywhere else in the world, Khan would have won. I'm sure Khan wins the rematch, but congrats to Peterson for the win.
