What do you think of Adam Booths analysis of Froch/Ward?

booth is a very good trainer, best the uk has IMO, top 5 in the world currently.

 

Love the Booth

 

The reason i like Booth so much (in a none homosexual way) is because he always puts his fighters first.

a good trainer knows when his fighter needs more than he can offer.

in the past Booth had Haye training with other trainers to teach him tricks/tips, Booth used those other coaches to also better himself as a coach.

 

I wouldn't completely write Froch off. We've just seen an upset. Ward is the favourite but Froch keeps on pulling upsets.

 

Problem Froch would probably encounter if he was doing what Booth is talking about, is by waiting and feinting, he would put the emphasis on Ward to be the one to get off first, and Ward is quicker than Froch. I see what Booth is saying though. If Froch can edge (feint)his way into range far enough to the point where he can then try and beat Ward to the punch, say with a 1 2, then he could in theory be able to test Ward's chin. Problem is, is Ward gonna stay out on the end of the line waiting for Froch as he tries to feint his way in, or is he gonna move to change the angle before gets off first?

Not seen too much of Booth, but there seems to be a pocket of boxing fans that really rate him.

Gotta say that he makes some good points and sounds like he knows his boxing.
