Abrahamn came out balls to the wall cause he knew if he didn't his carrer was over.. credit to him for the stiff Jab in the first 3 rounds that got Ward off balance..

Credit to ward to using his range and ring savy to win the fight despite the ref making breaks as soon as they get close..

    on to my next point

this is my next point.. Froch may have shown versatility when he went from Brawler to Boxer vs Kessler and Abraham and counter puntcher against Johnson..

But we have seen the flaws and the holes..

Froch cannot win vs against a boxer Brawling.. Kessler Proved that..

Yes he outpointed a Crude Abrahan who was expecting a War like Froch's fight with Kessler..

Johnson pushed Froch but just not enough right hands or gas in the tank to seal the deal.. dude couln't make Froch Miss.. was in front of him all night..

Ward will make it Brawl then get Froch off balance... then switch up to pot shoting him.. Ward is looking to punish he has like 3 to 4 different gameplans that he does well..

Froch has 3 difffernt styles that he has shown in the S6 that don't really don't trouble Ward..

So your telling me that he is going to come up with a 4th to deal with Ward.. The Switch hitting, Ring General, with foot and hand speed, Good Defence and Seasoned Fighter Tricks..?

Wait Froch is going to walk thru all that and just KO himmm.. Froch fans can't believe its gonna be that easy...:deal

The tournament was wrong? We've had a number of awesome fights come out of it and now have a clear view of who the top dogs are at 168lbs. The tournament was a massive success despite the setbacks it had. Two thumbs up to Showtime for showing some initiative and giving fight fans what we want.

I fully expect Ward to give us his best come Saturday. I see him beating Froch and, in time, becoming the number one pound for pounder in the sport.

Then explain why Ward had so much difficulty dealing with Bika ?
Had the Ref penalised Ward for continually leading with his head, and holding Bika's free arm, just how would Ward have beaten him ?
Froch is a fitter, better skilled, better brained version of Bika.
Ward is a talented boxer/fighter,but you boys are giving him way too much credit.
    Good yes,special no.

the ideea wasn't wrong but the tournament went wrong because of injuries, having Kessler and Taylor retiering and replace them with Green and Johnson and the bye given to Ward in 3rd bout and having him face Bika in a non title bout has taken alot from the credibility, already shaken by not having Bute and the fact that Ward fought only in his backyard so far.Just ask the brits around here if they think it was fair till now.....

The Ward circle jerk going on here in ESB is out of control, Ward is good, but not on the level that he is being hyped to on here.

Ward vs Froch is almost a 50:50 fight. 60:40 to ward at best.

Saying Ward will beat Froch with ease because he has a more 'articulate' boxing brain doensn't even make a damned bit of sense. This is fighting not poetry. Ward can know as many long words as he likes, but it will count for **** once Froch's fists start hitting him in the face.

    :deal

Ward has suddenly morphed into some unstoppable force. He's not. Is he good? Yes. Is he untouchable? Far from it.

I expect him to earn a decision over Froch in a competitive affair.

:deal:goodI said earlier it's looking like Ray Leonard-Mayorga if you believe some of the nonsense written recently. It will be a tough, tough night for Froch,he doesn't enjoy slicksters, but this is far from insurmountable.Has anyone considered that this will also be Ward's biggest test by a long way? He has the ability to make Froch look bad,but Froch will be a completely new proposition for Ward.He can outscore, but he can't hurt Froch from what I've seen, and Froch is no Mayorga.
I have no personal dislike for Ward, seems like an OK guy,but I hope Froch can show the world that AW is not a P4P#1 incumbent.Sometimes the deepest well can make the difference, and I'd confidently bet that's one attribute where Froch has more than Ward.
Can't ****in wait for this, they saved the best for last.:happy

It will be, no question :good

This is gonna be a very competitive fight, people are way giving Ward way too much credit thinking it will be one sided.

If Ward puts in another performance like he did against Kessler (minus the headbutting) then I think he'll win by a wide margin.

It wont be easy & he'll be pushed hard for 12 rounds but Ward has shown how effective he can be.

Froch is capable of winning this but it would need to be a career best performance.
