    That was more of a slight neck crank with a guillotine choke. Neck cranks you would be able to break a neck but the amount of pain you would be in believe me you would be tapping and it takes a huge effort to try and break the neck.

    Chokes aren't ment for breaking just cutting off oxygen and blood. Joint manipulation will lead to breaks like armbars, kimuras and neck cranks
