I think the times and amounts the ref breaks them is ganna be important.

Smoger is generally a good egg. He's gets on with being a ref. Far too many referees of late have been trying to make a name for themselves and influencing outcomes of fights.

In my opinion Froch needs things to be broken up quickly, he'll get roasted on the inside by Ward. When it comes to roughhousing he doesn't have anywhere near the subtlety or craft of Ward.
Froch's only chance in my opinion is to keep Ward at range and try to land hard jabs and right hands, wearing him down and catching him late.

Smoger is a excellent ref, but he is a fookin' ***** on another level. He slapped Cotto's arse the other day, and I was just thinking #smh.

    What does smh mean, Laz?

And why is everyone putting # followed by something that means nothing and no relevance to the comment at the end of their posts??

SMH means "shaking my head" and use of the # symbol is a twitter thing that has carried over to other forms of social media.

SMH means who ever uses it is ****ing lazy and the # symbol.............I'd rather a nasty dose of the clap than anything carried over from ****ing twitter.

Your anger, while completely justified, is mis-directed sir. Laz is the guilty party here and I was merely answering Slip's question because I'm a nice bloke :good

a great result all round. Smoger has always impressed me. Lets the fighters get on with it, doesn't stop prematurely and does an honest job. One of the best IMO.

smoger let goatto mash his potato head into margaritos bad eye all night

i dont see why this is good for froch
(pretty much means No contest, ward dq is out of the question even a point taken or warning given is unlikely , even if ward headbutts/breaks froch nose

What he said. Ward also got significant advantages in hand speed and leading with his head.
