I agree 100%. I really like RG. We know the potential and talent certainly are there. The heart is there. Just need to make sure the 'untangibles' are there too. And damn...that might have been the fight of the year!!

He hasnt just said Pacquiao, he has said he can beat anybody. I dont have a problem for that, but if any other boxer said that (Khan) he would get killed on ESB. The double standards here are ubelievable.

Does he deserve a fight against Pac or May based on beating a guy Ricky Burns beat? Dont think so.

I can't blame Guerrero considering what he's going through and that Pac and FMJ are pretty close to retirement from prizefighting.

That's happening in this very thread w/ RG. No double standard.

    thank you.

hey, Lance, about Guerrero "...need to make sure the 'untangibles' are there too..." comment. Yes, that is what I'm waiting and looking for that's why I was hyped for the Maidana fight. "El Chino" was going to bring out those 'untangibles' if they were there. If there were none, Maidana was going to take him. A lot of things were going to get made clear about Guerrero in that fight.

I really need to go back & watch some Guerrero fights. Watching him fight in the past, I never looked at him & thought "man, this guy could be competitive against Pac/May."

he should fight khan petersen or rios and see what hes made of. he was hurt by the body shots of katsidis but he is very classy. just dont se him handling ww power shots though

    Robert Guerrero is a chicken.
He ducked Humberto Soto years ago, when they were at 130lbs.

WHen Soto was WBC 130lbs champion, Soto wanted to unify his WBC belt with Guerrero's IBF 130lbs title, and Guerrero avoided a unification bout with Soto, and still ducks Soto now.
