True, me neither. IMO he beats Hopkins but looses to Jones. I think he was too strong for BHOP

Way to discredit a guys greatest victory.:tired
It gets me pissed when people do that.

Also Benn apparently has a shadow on his brain, when did he get that?

Hopkins would survive the early McClellan onslaught and outbox him, landing the cleaner shots.

How can ANYONE say Gerald wins this fight by KO? Even if Hopkins didn't have a great chin, he tucks the damn thing really well, keeps his lead shoulder and hands up... you're not hitting his chin enough to knock him out.

Hopkins has an excellent chin and defense, so that rules out a KO... Gerald was there to be hit and also had an excellent chin (even Ben didn't floor him legit in that fight, he took a knee), but he doesn't have the required skills to beat ANY version of Hopkins imo, even the younger more agressive (and open) Hopkins... then again, Gman did have crazy power and you never know... still, I fancy Hopkins via a wide UD and see it going the way the Tito fight did (minus the TKO)

Who the **** logged on Don King! This isnt Toyko, you cant claim a victory after being knocked out, otherwise Floyd Patterson is still champ.

G-Man, developed a blood clot :deal

    Also knocked Benn down twice:deal

G-man went down on one knee twice, but not knocked down, b/c he started feeling the affects of the clot:deal

Im sure Nigel Benn and the beating he inflicted may have had a little to do with it. Im a G-Man fan, when I was a kid id followed him faithfully by reading about in Ring magazine and couldnt wait for the fight.
