Chisora's style won't be tolerated against either Klitschko. The referee won't allow the sort of rough, inside tactics that Chisora wants, so it's a much harder job.

The Klits will do everything they can to rob Chisora of his slick blackness before he gets in the ring. He'll be a ghost come fight night

I guess 50/50 sounds about right. Either he wins, or he loses. Vitali's probably just trying to motivate himself. This fight is interesting to me though.

In which case Vitali would only be 50/50 against me

Sounds like he is selling the fight, nothing more. Vitali has had a long career but still doesn't have any great wins, beating Chisora isn't going to change that, but he may as well try and build him up at least so that the win is viewed in a slightly more favorable light.

Chisora will make a good opponent for Vitali. He looked very good against Helenius and by all rights deserved that decision. I think Vitali's chin is too tough for Chisora. Dereck just doesn't punch hard enough to crack it - but Wlad on the other hand would be a different story.

Very bad risk-to-reward for Vitali in this fight. Not that him losing is very likely, but he wont get much credit for beating Chisora. He deserves the shot tho.

  9. Vitali tries to hype up all of his opponents. Chisora has a 20% chance in my mind.

    :-(

Or maybe its because Vitali can keep fighters at the end his punching rage...

Unlike Helenius who doesn't jab and just lets fighters pound his body on the inside while he waits to land something big.

Just a thought..that could be the difference.

In the Adamek bout Vitali crashed to the floor like a rhinoceros that was hit by a bazooka, without a punch landing. He's just deteriorating, albeit at a slow rate. I think age is catching up with good ole' Vitali and Chisora has a better chance today than guys like Danny Williams had 6-7 years ago.

Of course he's still the underdog and the 50:50 talk is just marketing talk by Vitali but let's face it: he's not getting younger and sooner or later someone will get lucky. May be Chisora or some random nobody in 12 months.

Vitali looked better (both physically and his in ring dominance) against Adamek, than he has since he came back from retirement, imo.

Vitali was well toned, much more so than normal, and weighed in at 243...which was his lowest weight in over 12-years.
Of course Vitali is getting older, and age catches up with everyone. However, to say Vitali is going downhill because of one slip
over 10-rounds . . . I think that's premature, especially considering the result of that fight.

I know..I mean fighters just DON'T slip or misplant their feet from time to time. That was the most telling moment of the fight for me.

No punching landing? Bull****, hater. I think its failry obvious that Adamek stunned him with his sneak right..and it should have been called a knock down. Considering Adamek hits like a woman, I think its time for Vitali to hang them up if his chin got dented that badly by a woman.

I think that knockdown...tells us all we need to know about Vitali. His chin is done, only a matter of time now.
