Im going to put a few hundred on Ward to win outright.

Im just hoping i can get matched on betfair for 1.45-1.5.

Just looking at the market info...some lucky swine got matched £100 @evens for Ward to win

Walked into Coral earlier and the odd's for both fighters are HUGE!

40/50-1's for both in most rounds, except 12 which was 66-1!!!!

I've had both to win from round 6-11 @ 40's/50's-1, 50p-£1.00 on some of the rounds.

Unfortunately Ward is 1/3 on win or 1/2 points win.

To rich for me although id love to back him, free money if youre rich enough for those kind of odds.

I really cant see anyway whatsoever Froch beats him.

well froch has the power to KO him and ward could walk into an uppercut or take a shot and get hurt. darnell boone had ward very hurt indeed.

but ward has seen kessler/abraham/bika/greene etc and had no problems at all so im sure he will know what to do to beat froch.

I dont read the scum newspaper or class myself as a brittard, I will however be having a £20 on Froch by ko. I think he has the heart to pull this one out and I don't buy into the ward hype as much as others by the looks of things. Froch will take him to the depths tonight and prevail ina slugfest imo.

If recent history has taught us nothing else it is not to underestimate the underdog, nobody thought Peterson would get anywhere near Khan and nnot many people gave Murray much of a chance against Sturm the other week.

I can see where you are coming from manning and if I was having to put a grand on it I may well see it form you pov, however £20 isn't going to wreck my xmas.

    WAR FROCHY :bbb

A little bit on a Ward KO/TKO. He will hit Carl alot and Virgil Hunter sounded pretty sure the other day when he said Ward would stop him.

As someone informed me, he was also adamant that Ward would stop Abraham.

I'd take that sort of pre-fight talk with a pinch of salt. However i would not rule out Ward getting a stoppage late on. Especially if he sustains the success he'll have with the head punches and goes to the body.

Carl thinks there's no way Ward could even hurt him, i'm not sure that's the right approach. It can lead to recklessness, but it can also be a positive if you look at it a different way. It'll make Frochy more urgent because he'll have less fear. But i always remember something that was on the wall in the first boxing gym i walked into and that was "Fear is your first line of defence".

For a bit more value, try Ward UD at Boyle sports at 11/10.

You could even cover yourself with Froch by decision at 6/1 at Hills.

P.S - The odds on a Ward stoppage have come down a lot. I remember posting a few months ago that Ward was 17/1 on Sporting Bet (whcih looked very tasty). Bet price now is 8/1.

I'm thinking big money will go on Froch last minute, and the odds come in for a Ward UD. Also I'm going for rounds 10/11/12 at 50/1 for the Cobra!
