Just to clear a thing up here...The british media picked up before the fight that kessler had a handinjury,Kessler denied it.The truth came after the fight he couldnt spar for 3 weeks because of a boken hand and imidiatly after the fight he was operated in his hand and got titanium in it...BUT again he NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT IT BEFORE THE FIGHT AND POSTFIGHT.And has never used it as an excuse...

What exactly did happen before the fight?

 

I wouldn't mind if this **** came out right after the fight. Watching the Ward Kessler fight on neutral uk television they had Ward winning every round up until the headbutt (which was seen as accidental). I honestly never heard any of these allegations but don't seem any worse than what wlad had planned for Haye and the way he tried to disrupt his focus.

 

He pulled out to fight some bums and get the easiest title shot possible under the circumstances hardly warrior material. He will have a chance after the super six to put things right but i doubt he takes it.

 

Pure facts.........................................

 

i can´t remember it all but some off was,they did not told him the pressconference was hold outside,so he has to get some warm clothes from someone so he didnt freeze his ass off,right before the fight the suddenly would take a dopingtest before the fight,insteadt of after,witch they didnt knew so Kessler has to drink about 1-2 liter water at fightnight,and when he was in the lockeroom they told him he should be ready in about 5 min. but then it took 45 min. so they ****ed up his warmup...and there where problems with his handwraps,his trainer at that time didnt speak english,and he put tape on kesslers hands first,witch is illigal,but they let kessler get both his hands wrapped completly before they complained,so they could do it all over again.insteadt of saying stop when he started with the tape...And several other things to stress him...it must have been an absolutly stressfull time in that lockerroom before a big fight,just to drink that water right before was ridiculuos.....

 

But i must also put a lot of blame to Kesslers old trainer Richard olsen,couldn´t speak one word english,so i guess he was completly outstressed without being able to say anything....They must have had some great fun,team Ward when they saw what they where able to do to kesslers camp.Right after that fight,kessler fired richard olsen and hired Jimmy montoya from USA as his new trainer...they should have done that after the Calzaghe fight IMO.Because he couldn´t make a decent gameplan and not change Kesslers boxing when things went wrong...Shitty trainer,but kessler had been with him since he was a kid in the ameteurs so he kept him for waaay to long.

 

Kessler is one of my favourites I like him more than Ward I dont see what he said was wrong with what he said to be honest, its his opinion he is entitled to it.

I dont understand how it was Wards fault he had to take a **** test after he had already went to the toilet but whatever.

As for the handwraps well they should have been wrapped properly in the first place and if so there wouldn't have been a problem for Wards team to exploit. I dont understand how there can be any confusion on how to wrap hands? But hey!

Either way I still like him alot and hope he can recover and beat the winner of the S6

 

Kesslers fans are in denial.

I'm a huge Mikkel Kessler fan, have always been.. but this **** is ****ing ridiculous. Ward is a better boxer any day of the week including sundays. Wards exploits of Kesslers non-existent inside game was not effected by the location of the fight. It could've been in Kesslers living room and Ward still would've made him look stupid on the inside.
