More Power? SSM or Cotto?

    Zab Judah knocked Estrada out with 16oz gloves in sparring, Mosley couldnt even stop him throughout 12 rounds in an actual fight.


    Sparring means little.

    and Mosley is still the hardest hitter in the division. emmanuel landed 300 moar punches on marg than Mosley did, but couldn't even floor him and stop him like Mosley did.

    To me it seems Cotto has better and harder short punches but Mosley hits harder if he puts his body behind his punches.

    SSM turns his punches and willingly puts more body weight behind them.

    Both are good punchers, SSM is probably the better one of the two.

    Cotto IMO because its natural power but for me mosley punches are more stinging shots because of the hand speed than power.

    Mosley also used Roids in his life...

    Cotto just does not throw haymakers from his ankle like Mosley does... If Cotto loaded up like Shane, he could bang harder.
