God I miss Calzaghe...

    Why, dude?

    We've just seen almost six SMWs prepared to go out of their way to take tough back-to-back fights. And the winner, Andre Ward, just put in a masterful, one-sided performance against what many considered to be number 1-2 fighter of the division. What do we need Calzaghe for? He's a distant memory. We've got Ward to enjoy now. Someone who, in my opinion, is more talented and skilled, and will go on to be remembered as the better fighter.

    Agreed.

    I mean no disrespect to the fighters in the super 6, they all put everything on the line and gave their all as well as gave us great fights. Ward proved to be The best, much props to him.

    Just wish Calzaghe was around to destroy him.

    Off to bed to cry myself to sleep now...

    Thank Jehova for my Jewish ***** coming over in the morning...she'll cheer me up

    I dont agree. I dont think he would beat Ward.. it be a good fight, Ward would be a tough opponent for him. Ward beat Kessler even worst.

    joe could outbox someone outwork him but to use term DESTROY is beyond funny, destroy with his slaps??? If there were not so many british stoppages in his fights he would have 10 kos all his career!!

    I dont see what Calzaghe could have done differently to have beaten Ward.

    Kessler went the distance in a close fight with him and won many rounds.

    Calzaghe retired just at the right time IMO.

    calzaghe would make froch look totally stupid, without leaning on him with his head and roughing him up inside. Ward is a worthy champ tho.
