    Honestly?

The second, the fifth gave me slight hope as i was watching with my mates in a packed house drunk as **** but the way Froch walked back to the corner at the end of the second with a 'what the **** is going on here' face told the story.

in what round did he throw that pitiful backhand? that's when it started getting embarrassing for Froch

I was there and it didnt look good early

I know Froch can be a slow starter so I gave him the benefit of the doubt til the 4th or 5th

Im like he is an accumulation puncher and if he doesnt get leather on him now he wont be worn down later

He just seemed puzzled and unable to deal with Wards handspeed and defense

second round. The first round was Ward's round, but I can tell Froch's reach was bothering Ward a little, but Ward did a very good job at taking Froch's jab away

For me, the 2nd round I started thinking it could be a long night for Froch and by round 3 I knew he was in trouble.

Froch is a warrior, and he gave it his best and never stopped trying, but Ward is one hell of a technician.

I think The Cobra is still a talented pugilist with an exciting style, and I think he still stands to make a lot of noise if he keeps his head on right.

Where does he go from here? I think he needs a confidence booster next after tonight, someone who he can knock out and look good doing it. I wouldn't put him in with Bute next personally and he has already fought everybody else around.

Easy fight next for me, then Kessler rematch or Bute?

When he signed the contract. After the first minute of the 1st round when Froch looked like he was throwing punches from underwater and AW looked adept and technically proficient I knew it would be a long night for Froch.

I think 'trouble' is possibly the wrong word, it's not like Ward ever looked like taking Froch out or beating him up badly or anything. There was never any question that Ward would stop Froch or even have him wobbling.

In trouble as to regards of losing the fight on points? yes, I'd say by the time round two was over it was looking very much like Froch couldn't find another gear to get into the fight and we were just going to see a repeat of the same action for 12 rounds.

Though it was an easy win for Ward, I've seen plenty more one sided fights, despite how slow and inaccurate Froch looked at times to Wards evasiveness and punching accuracy.
