According to the Bible at Psalms 11:5, God hates violence, so I highly doubt he cares about a boxing match which is violence. So yeah Ward in my opinion should fall back on the religious talk in regards to his success in boxing cause quite frankly God doesn't care one bit.

:rofl why do you believe this? Tell me why?

On the say so of what? Because a man made document told you to?

Believeing something doesn't make it real. And also...how do I give God a try? What do I do? And how will I know? What will happen?

Sounds crazy huh? Of course you think it does. Here's what you do. Be honest with him and tell him you don't believe in him and if he is real to reveal himself to you in a way that you will know of his existence. Trust me. You will be shocked. All of this laughing will become serious. That's if you're willing to do something this simple. You dont even have to say it out loud. Just think it. He hears your thoughts. Go for it and I guarantee you see. Oh remember there are no coincidences. Prepare to be shocked.

:rofl you really should be in hospital. You show symptoms of schizophrenia.

If he hears my thoughts then why has he not revealed himself to me years ago?

And if I do this and nothing happens does that mean that he doesn't exist then?

Gee, we need more atheists. atheists like, Mao, Stalin, Hitler, others. they didn't believe in God. What a great bunch. They didn't believe in man either. they killed millions and millions. yep, thats what we're in short supply of. let's place the order today.

You sound afraid. Just do it. Regardless of how you feel about him, he loves you. God wants a relationship with everyone including you. He either has revealed himself to you and you didn't pay attention to it or you never spoke to him in all these years. You have not because you asked not. Just do it and see.

WTF is wrong with you people. Do we have to go through this whole believer vs non believer thing after every Andre Ward victory? .By making this thread, you make, what you see as being irrelevant into something that is relevant. Andre Ward can say and do whatever he wants to do inside that ring as long as he follows the rules.

I used to be in the boxing media (in a very small way) and have a business relationship with Andre. So I have met him personally and speak with him on the phone several times a year as well as texting/emailing, etc. I also have had the privilege of interviewing and meeting a ton of modern day boxers. Andre is one of the most humble, down to earth, generally likable men I have come across in this sport. Yes, he believes in God. Good for him. So does 90% of athletes and the majority of the world. He finds his strength in God. Do not mistake that for arrogance. It couldn't be further from the truth.

Yea, because spirituality is to blame for global inequality, not a colonial history of perpetuated stratification worldwide.

It's really a non-issue. He's a man of faith, and he's serious about it, and he thinks that his life is impacted by what he believes in. He's a fighter, he does what he does well, so what does it matter?

come on dude, stop being dense.. If we are all god children, wouldn't that make every male a son of god?

If a man wants praise god for his performance, whats it to you if he does ?

Some Atheists are becoming more annoying, then most religion.. The man's a boxer not a politician.
