Seriously for a man this influential and powerful there is hardly anything known about him even on the ****ing internet. Finding a picture of him is a hassle. I might just gather all the scraps of info I know of him and create a wiki page but the illuminati might be knockin at mah door
I was thinking the same thing. Make the wiki page, and ill imagine you get into some kind of fatal accident and die. Be careful my friend. You might have just put my life in danger by me just responding to the post.
Fascinating article. This guy could be the next big promoter in boxing. Sounds like a very intelligent guy, who may, like most of those who came before him, be quite ruthless in profiting from fighters.
Haha...straight up bro. I have been a close follower of boxing for YEARS man, and a couple weeks ago a different pic than that popped up on ESB....and I was sure that was the first time I'd seen what this man looks like, this being the second. In this day and time, that is "different". He sure as hell don't mind for us to see Sam Watson and his Winky Clone kids though.... *(@ any Haymon henchmen, that all was a joke, and I'm sorry for it...:scaredas:)
Good article. I was under the impression that al haymond worked at HBO but the article makes it seem like he is completely independent from them?
:good:good:good Thanks for posting. All we do is hear his name mentioned constantly throughout this sport over for the past 5+ years yet no real credible info on him has ever seemed to surface. Interesting to finally hear about his story and back round.
I wonder if he makes a concious effort to only work with Blacks, or if they are the only ones who are willing to work with him.
Or if he knows how to exploit black talent and his networks happen to be predominately black because of social circles
