    Same as me bro, ****ing bull****. Lost my grandad back in 04 from cancer as well. The only good thing that comes of this is the fact that it brings more donations of a higher volume to cancer research.

    Good luck to Jacobs and hopefully they've found it early enough so they can get rid of all of it

    Wait, was it cancer that killed Jacobs grandmother? I remember she passed away shortly before one of his fights.

    I just hope he is keeping spirits up. must have been tough for him to lose his grandmother, then lose the pirog fight, then be diagnosed with cancer. Hope he stays strong.

    Damn, i was never a big fan of Jacobs but no one deserves this.

    Hopefully its in the early stages so they can treat it, what type of cancer is it?
