Styles make fights and dirrell I feel has the better jab and has the power advantage. He is also faster. Wards speed remines me of Hopkins he just has that timing down to the letter. Ring smarts goes to ward ever so slightly. But I don't think ward will fight dirrel like he fought froch. Cause dirrel can fight better then froch on the inside. Ward will try and have educated pressure much like mayweather vs zab. But unlike zab gassing dirrell won't And a NEW WBC champion

I always feel Andre Dirrell has the style to beat Ward. Dirrell imo is faster then Ward with imo better skills. If the fight goes inside then Ward wins but if the fight stays outside then Dirrell has the advantage to win. And Dirrell has the better pop. It s4cks this fight didnt happen in the supersix.
Andre Dirrell is the most athletically talent fighter in the SM division, hand speed, foot speed, height, reach, reflexes, switch hitting....he's even got a good ring IQ...watch the abraham fight...
I would and did favour Dirrell against Ward. Dirrell has been out for a while, who knows what he is like now. Who knows if he has declined. Who knows if he will reach the level he was at again. Who knows if he can come back with the same speed. Who knows if he can make 168lbs again. Like this post shows, many a question.
So he has an inside game? on the outside Dirrell could certainly trouble Ward, hell he would trouble any SMW out there. Bute would be a good fight but as Anthony posted, his career has taken a setback
