Mild hard to detect contact poison on gloves. That's why he insists on olympic-style drug testing. The opponents have to be drug-free for his medication to work correctly.

Maybe due to Mayweather always pushing guys' heads back with his forearm and elbow? That's what Mosley attributed it to. Still, I have no idea if that's what Baldomir was talking about.

If you watch how many times Mosley's head was being rocked backward from clean shots, I'd take a guess that it was that.

This is a deep post, maybe I wasnt paying attention to the losers but this is the first time I've heard of this. Amazing! I've heard a couple fighters, including Diego Corrales prior to his fight with "MONEY" say that he didn't expect to win the first few rds. Just goes to show that boxing is more mental than it is physical! So you fighters out there trying to hype yourself up saying why you'll beat Mayweather, just stop it LOL

    Mosley says that a lot.

In fact, I think he even said that in the first De La Hoya fight and I seem to recall Big George commenting that this had something to do with the jab snapping his neck back.

Maybe that is it then. Floyd clapped Shane pretty hard with jabs

Oh, Shane's neck pain was most certainly from Floyd's precision punching. I had never seen Mosley's head snap back so often. It was as he had absolutely no idea where the punches were even coming from.

Manny Pacquiao has complained about cramping legs when he hit but AIR.

When you get hit and can't hit nothing back, it does tend to have some kind of effect on you.

Manny Pacquiao is menstruating all the time, that's why he can't lose any more blood to fight Mayweather. This also explains why Pac gets vaginal cramps in a fight.

Is it basically the same as Kelly P. has said at times he's "in quick sand"?

I propose that when a fighter realizes he is continuously being "beaten to the punch", that is his way of (consciously, or unconsciously) rationalizing it.

Especially for someone like Mosley who is used to having the speed advantage over his opponent.

In reality, it's just an excuse to rationalize being the lesser fighter, if only for that day.
