A completely motivated Dawson gives ANY 168/175 lb fighter fits. So Dawson.

and yet he wont go for the supposedly easy fight and get IBF title and good money to. i find it odd that this is what meany think. i mean, give me an opportunity to challenge someone for a prize knowing that it would be easy pickings....****...where do i sign.:think

At this point, until Dirrell showed that he is back on track, you could say stuff like "if someone like Dirrell with his speed..", because right now in my view either for the injury (if genuine) or the lack of heart (in not) and/or the lay off of almost 2 years... everyone in the top 10 have a strong case to beat Dirrell and so I dont think his hands are bothering Ward or anyone else.

But as I said "Dirrell's kind of speed" could bother Ward.

Dawson poses Ward problems due to superior punching power, strength, reach and nearly equivalent speed. On the other hand, Dawson isn't an inside fighter and doesn't possess Ward's workrate.

I don't see Ward struggling with Pascal. He's too alert and disciplined to get clipped by a guy like that, and Pascal doesn't do well when he's attacked.

I've never been sure what to think of Bute. He's obviously a good talent, but at a certain point you have to wonder about a guy in his 30s who's never been tested at world level.
