Why does the general public hate Floyd Mayweather?

    He gets called tons of names, usually followed by something along the lines of "fight pacquaio, he'll teach you a lesson!". I just can't hate him and wish him the best. I hope the Pac fight happens and he beats the **** out of Pacquaio. Sure he beat his ex-wife/gf but I just don't give a ****, it wasn't right but oh well. The thing is even if he beats Pacquaio the general public will still say this, "he is still a low life" :dead

    :deal Simple and plain no other way to put and thats what i've saying all alone but i look at it like this if he never came out as the bad guy of boxing no one would buy his ppv's because most think his style is boring because he'd rather potshot and hit then be hit.....but im with the thread starter and wish him nothing but the best because weather he did or didn't do it this aint the first time this chick has pulled this stunt(and she back's out everytime) he's still the man to beat

    :lol: Wrong answer dip****. People loved Tyson. Even in Britain, most kids I knew at the time wanted Tyson to beat Lewis, and that was after the jail sentence. Brits were also very fond of Ali.

    The reason people don't like Floyd is pretty obvious to most neutral people who don't have a chip on their shoulder. He's not flashy, its all forced. Its an act, not genuine. Thats so ****ing obvious.

    Being black, rich, and successful is definitely one reason. Go on Youtube or anywhere else and the "nikka" and "******" comments are out of control.
