Do you think that Pacquiao v.s. JMM III was a close fight?

Not only a better Pac but a hungrier Pac. Because he needed to get his rep back up again. Pacquiao is at his best and great to watch when he is trying to prove something.

And you wouldn't say he was trying to prove something against JMM last month? He had more to prove against JMM than anyone he's ever faced, and JMM still made him look like ****, again.

"At his best". Please. Pacquiao fans are so full of ****.

the consensus between all non fan boy knowledgeable posters here is that Jmm either won 8-4 or 9-3 a few say 7-5, clear win for Jmm.

It is also good to point out that the "non fan boy knowledgeable" posters here also had a general consensus that it was a fight that could've gone either way.

    And clearly nowhere near "9-3".

But don't take my word for it, PLEASE, prove me wrong and create a poll about people's scorecards, make it public, and let's see.

115-113 pacquiao so it was another close fight like the first 2 fights.

Very close fight. It was very competitive but depending on what you like as a fight fan.... you either go with the aggressor or the more efficient fighter. Some use the "Quantity vs Quality". Each have a valid argument but from my perspective JMM deserved the nod by one or two rounds.

Anyone who sees this fight as a robbery or not close are just emotional.

No he was not. Do you? Do you think he was 100% focused on that fight? JMM actually has more to prove on that fight than Pacquiao. People has less expectation from Marquez but on the other hand expected Pacquiao to knock him out. I called it to be as close a fight as the first two. Didn't buy the bandwagon that Pac-JMM is a mismatch. Did you?

Next time they face Pacquiao will prove he won that fight and he is the better fighter.

Of course I didn't. I called another close fight with JMM very possibly winning. Nice to be right.

He hasn't been able to prove that in three attempts. What makes you think it'll be any different if they do it again?

Of course Pacquiao has more to prove. JMM has been and is the blight on his resume. The one he cannot clearly beat. He was under pressure to perform in the 3rd fight and show once and for all that he's the better fighter, and he couldn't. Out - thought, out - boxed, and made to look ordinary, again.

    Yes.

Close but still clear win for JMM. But close nevertheless. It's the expectations heading into this fight that has distorted the reactions from most fans.
