In boxing it should no longer be called undercard. Few watch, few even arrive. It's more the get pissed fights.

The whole card was poorly promoted. Concentrated way too mcuh on Froch vs Ward and surely no one thought that would be a barn burner.

Brook should have been put in with a better fighter. Brook is a well ranked 147 fighter and makes for a good co-main.

Despaigne vs White was an okay bout between 2 guys with only 1 loss each.

Miranda was on the undercard vs a puncher.

Boxing always relies on the main event and promotes it as such. I know for sure that similar match ups (with a little tweaking) would be advertised much better in the UFC or Strikeforce. 2 punches, 2 prospects, the next big thing and an elite fight to find the number 1 168 pounder.

Brooks opponent was perfect, a solid club fighter with plenty of heart who was there to make Kell look good.

Yeah, his opponent was real 'perfect'.

The problem with boxing is fights designed to make a fighter LOOK good rather than show he IS good.
