I heard they are appealing because of what took place after the fight. I.e. scorecards going missing and WBA and IBF recording different scores. I'm sure they don't have a issue with peterson, he's a cool dude.
He isnt the 1st boxer to contest a decision & I remember Don King contesting the Douglas-Tyson KO atsch Its all a part of the negotiations for the rematch, it pisses people off but boxing is a business.
the problem is khan doesn't have a leg to stand on, what he was doing was illegal and the ref warned him multiple times. Now do I believe that the judge was biased towards khan-yes I do believe so but it would be tough to prove.
Him and Richard Schaefer are straight up bitches for the **** they are pulling post-fight. Khan got his ass beat, kept doing what the ref told him not too, and lost the fight. Get over yourself guys, you ****ing lost.. deal with it, get better, and learn from it.
The guy in your avatar contested the result of his first fight with Taylor and tried to get the loss over turned, aint that some ****?
He just can't deal with the fact that his grand plan and unblemished comeback has been derailed. He even talks about Peterson "having the balls" to reamtch in England as if he did him a big favour. I've never slated Khan as a boxer but any goodwill towards him from outside his fanclub is rapidly diminishing and he just can't help himself. I can see the book in a few years with his face on front;"The idiot's guide to becoming a PR disaster zone" He's fast becoming his own worst enemy.
