Agreed entirely. I just think Sweet Pea's style is horrible for JMM.

Marquez at lightweight is really good, Whitaker is really great. Whitaker by clear decision.

Whitaker uses his head movement to make Juan miss like Juan made emmanuel miss recently

If Whitaker wants to mess around like he did against Paez, it could be close.

If he takes the fight seriously like he did against Nelson, Haugen or Ramirez, its 12-0 and the worst schooling of his career.

Add me there, Marquez beat a Prime Pacquiao at welter top 10 atg, who has Whitaker beat besides Chavez, De La Hoya, and Nelson? Marquez KO 14.

lol pacquiao is not prime anymore.

anyway, juan WILL make the fight a competitive fight even though you guys say sweet pea destroys him in what, 5 rounds? although sweet pea has almost par speed/reflex with mayweather, jmm will still be there countering pea in combos.

    whitaker UD Juan.

You would see a southpaw landing a beautiful jab over and over again. Whitaker would frustrate JMM and would likely win every round. The way Whitaker made great fighters like Chavez and Azumah Nelson look is amazing.

Whitaker wouldn't even need to leave first gear to school Marquez

The best Jmm was prime Jmm at 126 when he got robbed vs Norwood. That version was alot faster and hit harder he resembled Finito abit that version would give Pea or Floyd problems, but at LW Jmm noticeably looked slower and everyone knew he wasnt carrying the extra weight as well as Pacman. I think Jmm would have his moments tho he's always handled southpaws well. Whitaker by UD 12, but a competitive fight.
