Peter was probably better than generally given credit for at his best but Tua matches up all wrong and would bomb him out of there at some point. Tua could be outboxed by genuinely good opponents at his best but you didn't want to trade with him and he is harder to hit, punched significantly harder, and was a much more dynamic combination puncher than Peter. He would stop Peter brutally after a couple of rounds.
I never understood why Tua in rescent years was getting a cool fight vs an star boxer like peter, povetkin or areola..
Tua vs. Rahman v.02...either one..late Tua stoppage or an ugly jab and wrestling match you don't even want to score. Peter, Rahman...pretty much the same fighter with slight variables. Peter could take a better punch though as evidenced by the way he stood up to Oleg's bombs.
I see only the idiots (who think that modern boxers are bigger therefore better) have picked Peter to win! Tua . . . EASILY! Mid round KO!!!
