I really do.
Maybe Gorres deserves to be a 2 to 1 underdog.

Z fought Fernando Montiel for the title February last year.

Z i thought was ahead on points by round 9. But Montiel rallied a bit and buzzed Z a few times. It got really close in the last round, and Gorres seemed to have weakened by that time. But I thought he had won by SD.

Gorres lost.

I didnt agree with the scoring. It was way closer than that. I even thought Z had done it.

Montiel has good power and my boy handled it pretty well. It was his first bigtime world title fight.

But Vic's power is at a least one or two notches above Montiel. So I'd definitely say that Vic is the big favorite on paper.

never seen Gorres fight, but Darchinyans my boy, so Vic by 10th round TKO.

 

The Darchinyan cave man style will either get outboxed silly or land the bomb, its pretty easy

 

Vic by KO maybe round 7

but im rooting for Z by UD12

 

pretty much the way is see it.

darchinyan should be the favorite here since gorres has a shaky chin as we have seen in the montiel fight. imo, one direct hit by darchinyan could spell an instant KO for him.

gorres is a fine boxer and technically sound but he is not the slick type and he would be a perfect opponent for darchinyan. i would be surprised if he can elude every vic bomb for 12 rounds. his chance is to counter every darchinyan miss and frustrate him. it would require much patience and discipline in order for gorres to beat darchinyan here.

 

Gorres by points i know he doesnt have the power to knock Vic down but i think once he gets hurt hes gone for good because hes very hurtable like the Montiel fight when Gorres got hit with some bombs he was holding like crazy.

 

I lost 10,000 vcash on Golota/Mollo not goimg the distance so i put the rest on Vic the Dic
