Khan had a better argument for winning against Peterson than Alexander did against Kotelnik or Matthysse. For someone who trusts their eyes and knows boxing, you sure seem selective about when you choose to do so.

    Alexander is mediocre.

Whatever you say he is better than Khan which is a fact. Sorry but it is true and I refuse to underestimate him which would be a stupid thing to do.

Have you got some sort of comprehension problem, Olu? Let’s look at a very simple fact that you cannot deny: Against their single common opponent, Khan shut Kotelnik down while Alexander got beaten up.

That wasn’t down to styles, it wasn’t down to a bad night (because Alexander seems to have a lot of them now he’s fighting skilled, seasoned opposition) – Devon just isn’t very good based on how he’s performed against fighters at or above his perceived level.

You can’t argue with a simple, empirical fact. And I don’t even rate Khan very highly.
Only one of us is being stupid, Olu, and it isn’t me.

Thanks but I would rather back my judgment than yours. Alexander is far better than Khan. I have seen Khan in bigger struggles against guys less gifted than Alexander such as Willie Limon, Peterson, Michael Gomez, Prescott Breidas etc If Devon is not very good then Khan is worse. Suck it up baby. Only one person is stupid and its not the black African. I back my intellect against your any day of the week and twice on Sundays laddie.

Considering not a single one of your points is based on intellect I'd say that's a bad move.

PS: Peterson did better against Bradley than Devon did.

Yea, cos fighter A beats fighter B, but fighter B beats fighter C, therefore fighter fighter A automatically beats fighter C? Doesnt always work like that Mr Taylor

I didn't say Khan would beat Alexander because of that though, did I?

Read my post again. Olu said Alexander is better than Khan. I used clear empirical evidence based on a common factor that Khan is better. He beat the same opponent in better fashion.

You can't discount form-lines - they're an absolutely valid way to judge a fighter's relative worth and chance against each other as long as it's not all you use to judge them on.

WBC have ****ed him and moved the fight to March. As soon as the fight needed to be moved it should have been called off. Ajose won't get a shot until at least June or July and Morales always likes a war so maybe longer!

Still can't read, I see. It's ok, I won't beat you like your daddy did. I'll be patient. We'll start with Spot the Dog and move up.

I'd say they did about as bad as each other, personally.

Regardless, I've got to agree with the rest of what you've been saying. The 'argument' for Alexander being better than Khan is absolutely non-existent.
