I remember Roger mentioning how Forrest would have caused Floyd problems.

i think prime forrest, prime winky and prime oscar would have all given floyd trouble. given that he fought some of those guys a couple times he d be challenged.

i think he figures winky out by the middle of the fight- and beats him to a close UD. winky wasnt busy enough and susceptible to a fighter who lead and could turn him and tie up. winky was a great counter guy though, and big so he wouldve been a challenge.

prime oscar was great- but then- he never did really do it in an actual fight- meaning he never close out a fellow prime legend and win officially ( he beat trinidad). but floyd on the other hand - always does just enough to win- oscar by the same token - always seems to do enough to just lose. i think although oscar somehow ****s it up again. even though he may have been 'better' , and even though an old oscar pushed floyd to the limit- i think oscar himself- no matter how great he was, gets to the finish line and pulls up, its just not in him like some guys. he d be great early, even dominant, then floyd would phase him out .

Forrest is the guy that would be the biggest challenge. i think forrest beats him. as floyd senior himelf has admitted- the big , southpaw, powerful vernon would be floyds toughest fight at welter. also trained by roger- so he knowledge of the defense is deep.

all in all- i think floyd loses at least 1 fight.

woulda coulda shoulda though. cant devalue floyd cos he s younger than shane and fought in a weaker era. he s beat the guys in front of him. he s an ok fighter that guy.

    just looked up arm lengths

Ronald's arm length is only 23"
    Forrest's arm length is 23.5"

Floyd has an arm length of 26".

Winky. Thats it. Go watch Forrest vs Quartey and imagine him beating Floyd.

Cotto and Margarito. Easy work. Mayweather has trouble with Oscar. But pulls it out in the end.

    Winky beats Floyd.

Surely it would be a draw, therefore he stays undefeated ;)?

I think winky at 154 would be 1-1 both close fights but apart from winky I can't say for sure who he would lose to and we may never know about pac

2 vs winky, 2 vs forrest ( I think he ud's floyd), one vs oscar, maybe one vs one of the others so 5/6 losses.
Its not unthinkable, atleats we would have seen him tested to the max, which would be great.
