If Pacquiao moves up to fight Chavez Jr?

    If Pacquaio decided to fight the WBC champ Chavez Jr at 154 or higher, would you say he's ducking the Ring Magazine and Lineal champ Sergio Martinez.

    Me personally, I don't think he's ducking Sergio and don't think he's obligated to fight him because of the different weight classes. BUT if he moves up to fight any Middleweight that's not Sergio, then he's ducking plain and simple.

    how about you give your stupid opinion. I already know you'll vote no because you're biased as **** and you'll talk about how Sergio is overrated and that's why Donaire should be over him

    :patsch There isn't even a valid argument in this post. Not surprised really... But if Pac fought JCCjr, so ****in what. It's just a fight, and everyone would know if Pac won, he would not be the world MW Champ. Which is what your real concern is right? :roll:

    :huh So...can you clarify please. If he fights JCCjr in his first fight at mw, is it an automatic duck, or are you going to allow him to climb in the rankings, fight some MW's THEN take on the World Champ? :huh

    Or MUST he fight the Lineal World MW champ in his very next fight after?

    What if Pac fights an eliminator or two first? I guess I'm asking, can Pac do things Floyd did too, or is it ONLY duckin for Pac to do them.

    :yep my bad. Both are pretty much the same thing, but the first one is for people who believe he's not ducking Sergio be would consider him fighting Chavez a duck of Sergio

    I was going to clarify that actually. If he fights Chavez in his first fight and fights Sergio next or 2 fights later, then that's cool. If he goes up for just one fight with Chavez and comes back down, then I call it a duck

    exactly. But that argument is void if he fights Chavez Jr

    Are you ****in serious? I have to tell you WHY he isn't ducking someone who you already don't think he's ducking? :roll:

    And BTW, if you really need someone to explain WHY Pac not fighting Martinez now isn't considered ducking, then you really REALLY need to learn more about this sport.

    I think he'd even have a pretty rough time with Chavez to be fair, isn't he like 185 on fight night or something ridiculous?

    Back to the question I suppose it would be but I would still respect him for stepping in the ring with a guy with that much of a size advantage
