Let me see, Pac has a secure legacy as an ATG and a global icon, Arum guarantees him 20 million for his so-called easy fights. Arum protects him from Mayweather, and fans blame Arum more so than Pac for the fight not happening.

On Floyd's end, he leaves Arum, doesn't fight the best and gets a reputation as a cherry picker/ducker, shoulders most of the blame for the Pac fight not happening, and his legacy falls well short of where it should be for his skill level.
