Your wrong there are alot of protected fighters who get belts handed to them. Chavez has been stepping up the competition and now he is fighting Rubio one of the best middle weights. Think for you self dont be a sheep and go along with what everyone says or what you read on these sites.
Duddy was worshipped on sites like this one, if it had been the other way around you woulnt have heard the end of it but since it was Chavez who beat him it was no big deal. He beat Zbik who was a chmpion and undefeated and now he's fighting Rubio, like I said he is turning it up.
Where the only real threat is Martinez? What? :rofl You have not heard of Golovkin, Quillen, or Pirog then. Jr barely got past Zbik who many thought won. I dont think he will even beat a Sturm, Jacobs, or Lee level fighter. Then there are the former rulers of 160 like Taylor, Pavlik, and Abraham that would have Jr running for the hills. He only gets support because of his name that is all.
War Rubio! I see this fight being close and Chavez getting the nod - UD or SD. Here's to Rubio knocking his ass out!:happy
Atleast JC jr beat Zbik who was number at the weight for the title. Canelo beat an unranked Welterweight.
I'm in the minority here and am rooting for Chavez, he makes for fun fights and seems to be making an effort to become a real fighter. I don't blame those pulling for Rubio, he's a veteran who has put forth the effort to be in his position and I agree with a lot of the anti-WBC/Arum sentiment. I just happen to like Chavez a bit more than Rubio.
What up son? Almost didn't recognize you with a new avatar. BUT I'd go ahead and put "beat" in quotes, my friend. :yep
JC jr, got a gift against Zbik. To be honest both Canelo and Jr. need to prove they are worthy of holding a title. but that's just my opinion.
