Clev fighting never been stopped, southpaw, banger Tommy Karpency on 25th February

I can not wait for the 25th Feb. This fight of Nathan Cleverly V Tommy Karpency could well go down in history books of what could be an amazing World Title fight.

In Years to come grandchildren will fondly ask their grandfathers to tell the tale of Cleverley Karpency I.

 

Joke fight! Could of atleast got a no-hoper with an undefeated record or something. Wouldnt mind Clev vs Big Mac in summer though. Would be a massive event in Waaaaales! Would love Big Enz to spark Clev aswell!!

An does anyone know what the crack is with boxnation on virgin? Do you just pay for a month at a time or is it subscription based 6months?

Was always on the cards with Cleverly wanting a fight in Wales, there only being an approx 5,000 capacity suitable venue there and the boxnation shambles. How long is Clev signed up for with FW? Eddie Hearn and his cosy Sky arrangement must look a nicer place to be with every passing day at the mo. Would certainly make a potential Froch-Clev fight easier to make down the road

 

WHy is he fighting this fellow and are we surprised that attendances are dropping off and newspapers couldnt care less.

If this was the level he had to go to why didnt he just straight give Bellew the rematch in Cardiff. Its the easiest fight to make and another easy sell. From a promoting perspective worst case scenario it keeps the belt in house and opens the way for an epic domestic trilogy a rivalry for the ages.
