Kevin Mitchell v Gavin Rees. that would be a *******! or has Rees got something lined up? he hasnt had a fight since 1st Oct
Realisticlly the fight to elevate Boxing would have to be on a terrestrial TV and be a fight that got hyped and actually met expectation. Therefore logic would suggest that the best and most realistic fight available right now which could do that is Fury-Price, but IMO it could only have that effect in 2 or 3 fights time for both of them. I hate to use that oft used word but allow it to marinate and it could get 3+ million viewers on Channel 5 and would allow the winner to become a legitimate top 10 contender and house hold name. I know this is breaking Buncey's rules but seeing as the above fight has already been menioned I will give a few honourable commendations, Khan-Brook after Brook has won a world title could be huge, Groves or Degale v Froch, Mitchell-Burns and Quigg-Frampton, all big fights that would garner huge interest.
Vitali-Haye in the summer in the UK with Fury vs Price as chief support. Show starting soon.. http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/radio/bbc_london/watchlive
