Yeah Bisping, even if he's one of the most hated in the sport, is really not the dick everyone make him out to be.

I have warmed right up to Bisping. He's a hothead and a bully, but he plays up to that role and he does it well. He can be a funny ******* too. I think that he's got a bit more going on up top than a lot of fighters as well.

He said something in the cage after Mayhem I think? Something like he says a lot of **** to get his name out there and put money in his pocket, but deep down he knows that was born into a working-class family in some random gloomy shithole in England, and he's lucky enough to be able to live his dream and he's thankful for it.

When he's not in Bisping-the-bully mode, I think he's not really such a bad guy. A lot of the time he's playing a role and fair enough. I've seen a couple of interviews with him where he comes off a hell of a lot more humble, realistic and self-aware than a lot of fighters do.
