Keefe did well to last as long as he did. 'The Dark Destroyer' by name and by nature. The man was a fighter to the core. Didn't know Benn was well versed in kickboxing but you can see from his kicks that he hadn't been doing it for a week or two.
There wouldn't be betting at a show like that. He just never expected to be up against such a good opponent.
Benn said use of head and elbows were allowed (and in kickboxing they're not). He also said he did martial arts for six years before he started boxing. And he also says, he did underground no-hold-barred fights in his day as well.
