The first time around it was Mayweather with his insecurity and unwillingness to fight a real challenge. Now that Mayweather saw or sensed that Pac is not that "spectacular" he is pushing for a fight. But now it seems that Manny can't find his balls and tell his daddy Arum that he really wants to fight Mayweather and he is in control not Arum. And don't forget the scumbag Arum who is not willing to make the fight because he simply just hates Floyd. First it was Manny's cut but when they found out Floyd was going to jail Manny all of a sudden healed and was ready to fight on April. Now Floyd's jail time has been delayed for June and Manny's cut seemed to come back and not ready to fight until Summer.
