I believe everyone understands what you are saying and I am with you, but PaoloMirani has a valid point that they can go back to court. I am in the middle because I truly believe even if the date is changed something else will be brought up and there goes the fight and everyone loses. We just need to hold on and wait to see what is it Pac wants to do. Hopefully, he states he wants to fight on May 5th after reading all these articles. Arum is the problem not the fighters, but I will be very interested on what Pac states.

 

They "could" go back to court. The problem with defending this "build a temporary stadium" stuff isn't really even about the courts. It's the fact this has to be at least 10th reason Arum has given for not making the fight on May 5th since Floyd called Pac out. Arum went from being offended before the JMM fight

i think that Floyd already has a fight set up without Pac, and Arum already has plans for Pac that don't involve Floyd. The fight will have to wait until the fall/winter, which is pretty sad.
