was against Kenny Williams on the 13.12.94

In response to your letter dated the 12th of May 2011 regarding comments made on East Side Boxing Forum under the handle of “Tcboxa.

East Side Boxing is a forum in which is administrated by appointed staff that moderate the forums according to the East Side Boxing Terms of Service. Users of East Side Boxing forum share opinions and expressions on a vast range of subjects involved with the sport of boxing.

Never have I made any statements on East Side Boxing Forum or elsewhere about your client that is not true, accurate or sharing an opinion. (“Fair Comment&#8221

Never have I harassed, nor menaced your client as alleged.

After viewing footage of a fight between your clients boxer and an American boxer on you tube it is my opinion that your client assaulted the American boxer which carries a Maximum penalty of 2 years in jail under section 61 Crimes Act 1900. As you should very well know, Any actual striking or use of force against the person of the victim is technically Assault.

By watching the footage on youtube at this location http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JH-f-eokkV4 one can see that my statements about “Assaulting the American” are true and accurate.

At the 2 min mark of said footage your client whom is a non combatant of the sport enters the ring and Assaults the American boxer by forcefully pushing the American boxer with two hands that cause the American boxer to stumble and almost fall over, your client is then told “You **** off” by the referee. Pushing is an anger reflex that is meant as an attempt to harm or intimidate the other person or living thing.

It is no offence to share an opinion based on true and accurate information, there is such a thing as freedom of speech in this country.

In regards to allegations regarding what you term “Sham fights” it is my expressed opinion that your client has engaged in what is termed miss matched bouts, this is when a highly skilled fighter is matched against an opponent with a string of losses on his record. It is nothing more than a one sided fight and is also termed within the industry as record padding.

I have been able to demonstrate on more than one occasion that such miss matches have occurred and your client has been the match maker involved with these fights.

Below are true and accurate records of fighters your client has Matched former Amateur Champion Will Tomilson against, to which I have expressed opinions on East Side Boxing Forum that these matches are not fair and are Miss matched bouts, I am not sure how else you would explain this.

For Example, From 8 fights your client has matched Will Tomilson in his opponents have a combined 149 losses and only 67 combined wins. 56.25% of Will Tomilsons fights have been blatant miss matches in my view.

2010: Flash Villacura

won 23 (KO 12) + lost 30 (KO 11) + drawn 3 = 56

Had a string of losses before fighting Tomilson. He lost 9 times in a row before getting a TD, then lost again against Billy Dib due to a cut in round 4, then had a win, a loss and faced Tomilson.

2009: Roel Mangan

won 14 (KO 3) + lost 16 (KO 6) + drawn 1 = 31

Another one with a string of losses that shouldn’t have been in there with Tomilson.

2009: David Wiremu

won 14 (KO 6) + lost 24 (KO 11) + drawn 3 = 41

And yet another one with a strong of losses on his record before facing Tomilson.

2009: Junmar Dulog

won 6 (KO 3) + lost 23 (KO) + drawn 2 = 31

Dulog had lost his last 6 fights before going into the fight against Tomilson.

2009: Kane Buckley

won 1 (KO 1) + lost 18 (KO 3) + drawn 2 = 21

A guy with 18 losses and one win vs a former Amateur Champion? Come on hows this fair?

2009: Percy Samson

won 0 (KO 0) + lost 7 (KO 5) + drawn 0 = 7

2008: Jurland Ceniza

won 8 (KO 4) + lost 21 (KO 7) + drawn 1 = 30

This poor bloke had lost his previous 8 fights (knocked out in 4 of them) before facing Tomilson and being knocked out in 2 rounds.

2008: Ekarat Kiatpaiboom

won 1 (KO 0) + lost 10 (KO 9) + drawn 0 = 11

Lost his last 4 fights being knocked out in 3 of them before facing Tomilson.

Another fighter your client matches and claims he is currently training via comments he made at ESB,

Ninos slewe – NSW Lightweight Champion , 5 wins 1 loss

His opponents had a combined number of 27 losses and only 5 wins

As you can clearly see all his opponents have come off a string of losses, TWO opponents had lost their previous 5 fights in a row and had never won a fight. As you can see my statements about miss matches and record padding is true, fair comments and expressions of such.

Please don’t waste my time with this again, I know my rights and will counter sue your client if he persists with these baseless accusations.

Delusional! You remember Two fights but forget his other 18 world title fights ?I know Wayne and still have some contact with him but he got belted.

Daniel Zarazoga was a very respectable 28 and 3 and also a former WBC bantamweight champion when he fought Jeff Fenech in 1986. He was later a longtime WBC super bantamweight champion.

im not saying he werent good but i am saying he wasnt great,a good victory but hardly a difining one.jeff didnt have any difining fight thats what seperates him from greatness.he was found out and knocked out to often

You should do yourself a favour and actually watch some of Jeff Fenech's fights. You'd learn a lot from it and it could allow you to raise your trolling to a whole new level
