I'd watch it. I think Cotto is still a dangerous, entertaining fighter, who has taken his licks but is still a credible and good fighter. More then that he deserves the fight if he wants it, not just for the money but because he hasn't shied away from a lot of challenges and has a good resume.

its not going to be in MSG, floyd only fight in vegas because that's the only state that will allow use of lidocaine before a fight.

I have no interest in this fight now. Years ago yes, Miguel had a bad style for floyd... but now he's a bit worn

Floyd has taken ALOT less punishment than Floyd and has better too. Cotto's thirty is more like a 50 from all the wars

Of course he is, even though I give him very little chance.

He very well may be the 2nd best option after Pacquiao (who I also give very little chance against Mayweather).

It's kind of like how yes, Alexander Povetkin is a legitimate opponent for Wladimir Klitschko - not because he has any chance, but because relative to anybody else he is the most legitimate...or least illegitimate.

Well said. That's pretty much it.

plus, imo, it will have a massive hype to it bringing in attention from the casuals and what not. I think the event would be huge.

I'd be excited as **** when they come to center ring and get ready to rumble.

Put short, I think the entertainment value would be WAY up there. :deal
