Yes they would, there is no lower weight limit for a heavyweight fight. ie Roy Jones (193lbs) vs John Ruiz
I was manly worried about foreman but now that I think about it there may be some more losses, a lot of those guys could bang. Wlad didnt deal well with pressure, he seems to improved but the available competition today is too **** to really be able to tell how much he improved. Foreman would knock him out. The others like Liston, Shavers, Lyle and Holmes would all be good fights and he would loose atleast one of those. I think Vitali would fare better against Ali's competition than Wlad. He stays calmer when pressured and has a better chin and never had stamina issues. I still think vitali is the better fighter even though wlad is more text book, vitali does a number of things better.
:good post #47 I've seen that same piece of nonsense copied & pasted in other threads before, they have a gang of ******s working on them I've also pointed out that it was a few days short of 2 years between Cleveland Williams being shot & then fighting Ali, that Joe Frazier wasnt completely blind & Sonny Liston was not "a cruiser bum beater" but they never listen. atsch
Wlad stopped losing to the likes of Purrity several years ago. If he was still so shitty Haye would have eaten him alive.
He suffers a loss to Foreman, then beats Foreman in a rematch and crushes the rest of the little guys. One poster stated "His body doesn't stand up", ahahah yea all 6' 6" and 260 lbs of muscle don't stand up against bloated non athletic cruiserweights.
Thanks for some common sense :happy George is the one guy among them who could put the heat on Wlad, so I would give him a chance. But if Wlad can establish his offence, Foreman will be eating. People talk about heart, but heart means nothing when you are tagged by rights and lefts that feels like they give you a stroke each and every one of them.
I agree, people talk about heart, but it takes a true champion to get knocked down, and get back up to establish himself at the very least as a top 3 heavyweight great.
