sbw v Mundine

    I saw the 2 of them sparring 4 rounds the other night

    was one of the best sparring exhibitions i have seen in a long time

    SBW has certainly improved

    I got 1 round on my phone I will see if I can download to computer.

    I went to see SBW do some rounds with George Poulivaati and was impressed with what i saw from SBW


    They did 4 rounds and i thought they were going to stop

    Then Choc jumped in the ring and did 4 rounds with Sonny

    He was very quick and showed he had improved throwing good 4 and 5 punch combinations.

    I was pretty impressed to see the 2 of them in the ring even if most are not

    That would be gold m8! if you need any help let me know. prob good idea to make sure choc is ok with it also as i dont wanna get you in the sht and not be able to see any sparring again m8.

    ignore the other jerk, he wishes he was there batting off in the corner :lol:

    as i said he gave me a good laugh

    I just wish he had put a pic with it as well

    Is he keeping his hands up Jim?

    SBW has some great athletic ability as a boxer, but needs to ease up on the Mundine wannabe RJJ thing. Its okay for a bit as a novice but not too much.

    yes mate keeping his hands up moving his head making it hard to hit

    also very quick with his hands throwing combinations

    Dont feel to bad Aussie

    I also saw Greeny and Briggsy spar when they were both at there best and greeny had Paul in all sorts of troubles

    The spar was stopped and Fenech told then to just stick to body shots.

    that was fantastic as well

    I also sat ringside at Newtown PCYC and watch Kostya and Jake Rodreguiez spar just after Kostya had taken the world title off him

    that was pretty good as well

    so dont worry about me too much
