    Questions in the title.

What are your genuine feelings towards the potential match-up?

I've seen several who've gotten into a tizzy with openly saying they are highly against a fight w/ Ghost. Much respect to that. Personally, I don't think a fight w/ Canelo is much better.

I paid to see every Mayweather fight ever since becoming a Mayweather fan but I wouldn't pay to see a Guerrero one.

No boxer gets me more excited when they are boxing than Mayweather, currently...build up, ring entrance, bout, etc. His recent bouts of Marquez, Mosley and Ortiz, I was the same...very excited, adrenaline pumping before the fight, etc. There were question marks surrounding each bout...

Marquez - Had Floyd lost a step with inactivity?
Mosley - How will Floyd handle Mosley's speed and power after his destruction of Margarito?
Ortiz - "Young, hungry lion". I didn't really buy in to it, I was just waiting for Mayweather to put on a clinic.

Guerrero - There are no questions, has Floyd lost a step? No. Does Guerrero pose any threat in terms of speed and power? No. Is he a "young, hungry lion"? Hungry, maybe...still doesn't pose a threat.

Guerrero is a 135lb with ambition to move up weight, and move up weight quickly for big fights. This isn't a proven Marquez at the lower weights, this is a rising star with potential to be very good at 135-140lb. Mayweather should not even be giving this bout a second thought.

Mayweather should have his sights on Cotto at the very least, if May-Pac can't be sorted.

I'm a floyd fan but I don't have any interest in this fight and hope its just rumors such as floyd against Morales, Matthew hatton and Paul spadafora.

Pretty much how I felt when I first heard it. **** that fight and **** Floyd for taking it. Floyd needs to quit giving lip service. "I want to give the fans the fights they want to see". No one wants to see Floyd fight Guerrero. Or how about, "I'm putting the finishing touches on my legacy". How is fighting Guerrero going to achieve that? This is a weak ass fight and there is no way to defend it. I wont watch it.
