But it was seen as a mismatch. Pac was even believing it saying he was going to knock Marquez out and shut his mouth for good he was that confident. Guaranteed he won't be taking Mayweather that lightly. We are going to see a 100% focused killer Pac. Mayweather better not make a mistake :yep
No he is amazing good boxer very athletic and he uses this to the max nothing wrong with that, but with this being said Floyd beats him, he showed huge weaknesses against JMM.
Underrated. Guy is a rarity. Pleasure to watch him over the years and more of a pleasure for the class act he has been in treating his fellow fighters.
But the thing is can you see any other small fighters today that can achieve what Pacquiao did going up in weight? I know De la hoya was drained, Cotto drained 2 pounds - 145 etc but to see a small fighter demolish a much bigger opponent is impressive, tell me a smaller fighter around the lightweght division today that can go upto 150 pounds to fight Margarito (of course with 100% eye vision).
All I can say is it's pretty tough to do what he's doing and in the fashion he's doing it with from Flyweight to Welterweight. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ZiBa0L123k[/ame] This is why they're screaming steroids, but Pacquiao is just that good.
People continue to underrate Pacquiao. When Pacquiao beats them they become shot, old and crippled. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LSNl0mVTxl8[/ame]
yeah well even the Hatton fight, Hatton would be too big and too strong for Pacquiao, who was also undefeated in the jr welterweight division before he fought Pac, then after Pac knocks out Hatton in the 2nd round, then they say that he was finished when Mayweather fought him. I give Pac credit though. We probably never see another fighter like Pac again. Pac is very popular and doesn't need to hype up fights still does good PPVs.

Overated as a fighter? So what does that make of Hatton, Cotto, Margarito, Clottey, Oscar, etc? Even more so of Barrera, Marquez and Morales? If Pacquiao is over rated, does that make Barrera, Morales and Marquez much more over rated?
Before each of Pacquiao's fights, these people don't give Pacquiao a chance but after the fight they say either they are past their prime or washed up.
Lehlohonolo Ledwaba - Only 2 weeks notice - Won the IBF Super Bantamweight title. It is not uncomon for last minuet subs to win big fights as the non replaced boxer has been training for another style of oppoent Chatchai Sasakul - Heavy underdog - Won the Lineal & WBC Flyweight titles. I don't know enough about Chatchai Sasakul to commit. Marco Antonio Barrera 1 - Heavy underdog, no one gave Pacquiao a chance - Won Lineal & The Ring Featherweight titles. By far his best win in his entire career. Oscar De La Hoya - This was suppose to be a mismatch. Pac never fought above Lightweight. Had this been a younger version of Oscar De La Hoya it would be very impresive. It was aghanist a version of De La Hoya who had no bussness fighting below 154. One of the most overrated wins in boxing history by one of the most overrated boxers in boxing history.
