    Some of the best boxers in MMA , in terms of pure boxing dont always dominate a stand up fight with boxing alone , they have to refine there style to suit the sport , i.e. couple it with take downs and learn not to over comit for fear of being taken down etc etc

    There are lots of ex pro boxers in the sport , but they regularly find them selves on the receiving end of a hiding from fighters who have mastered the art of striking for MMA , something Diaz does particularly well , and seems to be getting better at it too
