Boxing gym near bromley (london)

    There are plenty of gyms in Bromley but no boxing gyms. There is a Virgin Active there but i think it only has a heavy bag, you could try giving them a bell.

    Yea im a member of fitness first anyway n av looked there is one near but i need to be on the bag and circuits so im fit for sparring on weekends in my gym

    Bodyshots abc in nearby crayford isopen during the day i think if not there then keddles is your best bet:p

    and south norwood and victory def not not easy to get to and you ave to pass a course apprently just to train there lol:p
