    Mayweather doesn't ask for guarantees he takes his demanded share of the revenue and pays a fee out to promoters/managers. Arum isn't trying to make the fight, he's trying to make excuses not to have a fight and trying to make it look like it isn't a duck - a week before Mayweather is going to jail - seriously?? He even suggested a June date within the last 2 days FFS and you guys take him seriously :lol:

    Arum is talking pure none stop BS and is a joke

    Any version of Pacquaio isn't winning a full minute of the fight and that's why it hasn't been made because Arum and anyone who knows boxing can tell that. If you can't win 6 rounds against Marquez you aren't winning 1 against Mayweather. Team Pacman ducked Guzman on the way up, in their hearts of hearts they know they have no chance against Mayweather. They've only used Floyd's name to make a name for themselves, pretending Pacquaio is A Class while ducking all the skilled fighters or getting gifts against them

    It's very clear that Arum is getting in the way of this fight happening. It seems as though he wants all the rights to promoting the fight and a chunk of the revenue.

    It doesnt matter what Floyd does, he still knows what he stands to make in this fight. If he adds up all the monies he makes from various sources and knows the potential numbers the fight will do on TV he can come to a figure of say 50 million. So he can ask Arum for a gurantee of 45 million so he doesnt have to wait for anything. He gets his check as soon as the fights over and doesnt have to wait for revenues from all the other sourcecs to come in like he or Arum would have to if they promote the fight. Thats the best scenario as both guys egos are too big to copromote ths event. Floyd should take a flat fee and let Arum promote the fight.
