Doesn't it impact the IBFs credibility not enforcing a rematch especially given the IBF affiliated Hatman controversy?
The WBA and IBF might come to the same conclusion, but for different reasons. The WBA will want a rematch to ensure the belts remain unified, so they can bring in a ''regular'' championship fight and make more money. I'm surprised they acted first actually.
Exactly. I find it hard to believe that IBF will not force a rematch also. Khan Haters are running out of options. first it was 'Peterson should not grant Khan a rematch and run with the belts', now its 'Peterson should bin the WBA belt and move on with the IBF belt' when IBF force a rematch too, what next? I can't believe they're actually people on this forum that endorse Peterson ducking the Khan rematch.
Khan is a gaylord I always like watching his fights, but i will be hoping he loses to humble him ASAP
IBF is an American company, and also unlike the WBA, Khan was not their established long running champion. I think as shown in their statements previous to the Hat Man issue coming to light, they couldn't give a **** about Khan or what he brings to the table, they're happy with their Slick black american champion for their slick black american board lol.
